But why pick such a specific address? For example, my network doesn't even have enough devices to contain an address ending in 15, and my router puts a 1 in the middle instead of a 0. It would have made more sense if they used 127.0.0.1, and they needed to add some text that gave the person a use for it in order for them to be tricked. You can't just click on it like a hyperlink.
