Ish. I've cut down on my meat consumption, get a lot more veggies, legumes, and nuts in my diet, and try to go veggie twice a week. I won't give it up entirely, but I can make a concession or two.

How come there are no nuts and seeds in there? Nuts and seeds are super important for a well balanced diet. Pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, almonds, cashews, and sunflower seeds especially cover a lot of less prominent micronutrients, too.

Fish and seafood, also is excluded when it should not be, especially fatty, low mercury species, like salmon, or oysters, where a few canned oysters cover DVs:

That’s exactly my diet . I don’t eat grains or tubers , but otherwise that’s my diet excluding the meat dairy and eggs I also eat .
