There are no turkeys on the island nation of Japan so they must eat chickens to celebrate the birth of our lord and savior Jesus Christ.

yurofag here and I'm not sure how turkey is so ubiquitous in butchers and supermarket meat sections as its obviously not native and I never hear anyone say they like it or get it regularly (when enough people clearly do) and I've never seen a live turkey or know where the farms that raise them all year round apparently all are

Lucky them. Chicken is fat superior to turkey in every way.

I am a manager at walmart, and last night I had a dream that this fat black lady was digging around in our popcorn section, pulling shit off the shelves and making a mess. I asked her what she was looking for and she said "I looking for a KFC bucket so I can eat chicken out of it at home." I got super angry and grabbed the popcorn bucket we have and told her that's the only thing we had like that, and that she should probably go to housewares and get a plastic bowl instead. What a weird dream.

The Japanese don't 'celebrate' Xmas for the reasons you think.

why dont they just breed some turkeys, they could probably sell it as a western delicacy there.

>> No.17174973

>>17174890
I wouldn't breed them in a place they aren't native. Any female escapees could start reproducing in the wild. Under certain conditions female turkeys don't need a male to reproduce.

they arn't native to the UK but we still breed them.

Why not? Turkeys are the least of your concerns when it comes to non-natives taking over your islands. Part and parcel.
