Recently my farts stink so much I feel like puking. I think there might be something wrong with my diet. Can lack of fiber cause this?

It is harsh and kinda sulfuric. My stool is normal colored but recently often disturbingly runny. IBS usually hurts and I don't feel any pain in my gut. I don't know what that last thing is.

the color/consistency of the stool will change if it's a serious GI bleed. Without any pain/other symptoms I wouldn't worry, try eating different and see if that changes things

I increased the amount of fiber in my diet recently (basically just started eating some lettuce every day) and the smell of my shits got significantly worse. My shits do feel better and seem healthier now though. Monkey's paw.
