Something isn't right when you hear this same story constantly. It isn't normal to not be able to make enough milk, genuine physical inability has to be the problem less than 5% of the time but from how often you hear about it you'd think 20% of women are naturally incapable of rearing children. It also doesn't seem to be an issue for non developed populations at all, you almost never hear of this from nations where breastfeeding is the absolute norm and there's either no formula or its very expensive and rare.
