Meh, just make it yourself, then you can cook everything how you want it. Not a huge fan of rock solid yolk, need some /goo/ to it all, plus their bacon is shit compared with thick cut & roasted on a wire rack with maple and black pepper. Also mixing in cheeses like young gouda is much better than McD’s “solidified orange mayo” or whatever the fuck it is these days. Don’t get me wrong, I agree it’s the best thing on the menu, but probably best to make your own with quality ingredients.

I've been making my own English muffins and breakfast sandwiches lately.
I still need to master the egg patty but it's really good.
I'll try buying some sausage filling from the butcher and make my own sausage patties.
Thanks for the Gouda recommendation, unfortunately soft cheese like that is hard to find here (unless in pre-sliced, packaged format which is shit) but raclette is pretty good.

Here is my method:
Use an egg ring that is the size of your English muffin and use an egg that is almost too big for the ring. Your yolk should basically float on top while the thicc egg white sets. I usually toast my English muffin in the pan at the same time and they come out done together.

I used to eat egg sandwiches on English muffins but switched to whole wheat toast a few months ago. I make a two egg omlet with jalapenos and cheese then eat half in a sandwich and half by itself. Sometimes I add ham to the omlet.
