I don;t know what the fuck that is. It looks like fried chicken with cheese and other toppings. In which case, it's probably pretty tasty until eventual heart attack, but also no more pizza than the KFC double down, or whatever the fuck it was called (that thing with fried chicken bits instead of buns). One things Asians can't outdo in insanity compared to Americans, it's fast food. They're giving it a good go at it, though, I admit.

either that, or they found some other flower stamen that looks similar, but isn't revolting
even "cheap" saffron is too expensive to pile on like that for fast food
I guess it could be one of those regulatory tricks where they put 1/4 of a stamen on each item, but then it seems even too ridiculous of a stretch for fast food than I can imagine
