1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 1/2 cups milk
1 large egg
3 tablespoons melted butter

Whisk all the dry together then add all the liquids and whisk until smooth. No lumps nothing smooth. Cook on medium low heat on a new/smooth non stick pan no butter or oil just dry pan. Better than ihop.

My typical ratio for thicker fellas is half the buttermilk, half the baking powder, and I'm not sure but maybe 2 cups of flour but everything else is the same.

True. With my recipe you can cut down the milk for thicker pancakes.

My recipe is 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt mixed together, then add 1 cup buttermilk and 1 egg, don’t over mix and cook in pan with plenty of butter.
