I’m having a few friends over tonight to make pizzas (I got an Ooni last year, it’s great).
I prepped a bunch of dough, but haven’t decided on toppings. What should I make? Here are some I’m considering:
>cherry tomato, garlic, shallot, scallion
>potato & rosemary w/ pepper cream sauce
>hot honey + some sort of cured meat
>basil + a bunch of cheeses
