What do you /ck/suckers think of this dinner I made last night?

I don't even know how to cook properly and it was better than 90% of the shit you would pay a fuck tonne for in a restaurant

You can't go wrong with olive oil and spaghetti but it's too heavy on the fat so
I'd add some citrus juice and zest, and maybe some cherry tomatoes cut in half and sautéed in the leftover scallop butter

The scallop nipple plating aside I'm sure it was tasty. I dislike mushrooms so likely not for me. It is hard to fuck up a simple butter sauce with pasta. That shit is delicious. So are scallops in butter. I bet that was super tasty.

I come from Ireland - you can get samphire at any fresh fishmongers. It's pretty versetile and goes well with any sort of fish.
