With Muenster I lean more into having some fancy truffle Mayo to compliment it with some spring mix for texture and something to cut into it. Maybe bacon if I’m feeling something real rich. Swiss is basically just mushrooms, grilled onions and deli mustard. Muenster is a good more versatile though so have fun with it. Sauerkraut works well if it’s not dripping wet but I haven’t delved deep into it yet.
