I want to make a special meal for someone tomorrow, but I care about this person so I want it to be good.
Any good lasagna recipes you guys know of or have kicking around?

Don't bother pre-cooking the noodles.
Use a metal cake pan over a glass casserole.
Make your own sauce.
If you use sausage or beef, drain it really well. Greasy lasagna is no good.
Mushrooms. Sliced, lightly sautéed and well drained mushrooms.
Use real parmesean cheese on top and finish it under the broiler fo a minute.
Let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
