I don't diet ir anything like that, nor am I a picky eater. I eat one large meal a day, but have a lit of snacks and smaller meals throught the day. My wife is fat and lives pasta and fried foods, so it's a wonder how I'm as chubby as she is.
Recently, I started slamming energy drinks before and during work which has given me even more of an appetite, so I often ask my coworkers at the grills to cook me a burger or something ehen it's slow in the kitchen.
No idea how I'm still so thin, especially after over 5 years of eating like a dumpster while living with fat people.

It did not.
The water gain is way less than bro scientists would have you believe, while also being directly proportional to your actual muscle mass.
I assume you were very underwieght, which means you didnt have a lot of muscle. The gains you had would be mostly fat and muscle (and the creatine would ensure that the muscle was "water logged"). But in no way did creatine contribute in a significant way to your weight gain.

Depends on your body desu.
If you look up various deficit calculators you can get an idea of how hard you have to cut.
Personally, i wouldnt recomend going above a 500kCal deficit for more than a month or so. Especially if it's your first cut, the fatigue can be the worst.
If you currently cant reach your goals at that kinda deficit, forget building muscle. you a fatty and need to loose weight.

6' tall and 140lbs here.

Eggs, pasta, bread, chicken, beef (with steaks, meat sauce for pasta, or burgers), milk (i like 2%), cheese, soup, cereal.
I also like sweet fruits.
Sometimes I eat vegetables which I cook by baking in the oven or putting them in soup, but I hate beans, peas, and most green vegetables.

For desserts my favorites are chocolate, chocolate chip cookies, chocolate brownies, hot chocolate, creme brulee, and vanilla ice cream. But I definitely try to not eat desserts so often, especially fatty ones like ice cream even though I love ice cream because fat is the most calorie-dense macronutrient.

I eat two meals per day usually, and I try to not eat more than 2000 calories per day.

I never do special diets, no fasting, I don't avoid GMO foods, I don't care about organic vs non-organic foods either.

A few years ago when I was lifting and paying more attention to macros I started eating a peanut butter sandwich twice a day, washed down with milk, one in addition to my usual breakfast and one while making dinner and I went from ~60kg to 67kg at 1.67m in about 9 months to a year. I didn't enjoy eating them but I would make a few days worth at a time and the convenience made it easier to keep it up, also eating them as fast as possible helped.
I might have an overactive thyroid, I got put in a mental hospital for a while and they did blood tests which suggested I do and I'm supposed to get more tests to confirm it but I'm also supposed to be taking medication and going to regular psychiatrist appointments so I've been avoiding the doctor's office since I was discharged so can't be sure.

OH sorry I didn't realize you weren't some sort of fatty moron. You want to gain weight? It depends on if you just need to gain weight or if you want to gain it properly and healthily. If you just need to bulk up a bit and it's hard for you, I recommend beer, milk, meat, just have a few beers and scarf down whatever yummy food you want. If you need to gain it properly, just count your calories, try eating calorie dense foods, eat often and even if you don't feel like it, you'll get used to it. I used to be 130 lbs and struggle desperately getting over that and I'm 5'11 so it's fairly thin. Finally I just got fed up with it and decided to gain at all costs, so I drank like half a gallon of milk a day, drank plenty of ale, ate at least 3 meals a day with my extra shit I was inhaling, plenty of snacks, always go back for seconds unless other folks don't get theirs, etc. I was able to go up to 165 within 6 months or even less I think. Ever since then I've never been below 140. Right now I weigh 155 or so and have about the same bodyfat I did when I was 130 over the course of a few years. The most I've ever weighed was 170, but I had a slight bit of padding. I prefer weighing around 150-160 and being in good shape with slightly visible abs.

You need to optimize the foods you select in terms of amount of calories required to be satiated. The less satiating the food, the better. You can see in the chart that different food items, despite having equal caloric content, cause different degrees of fullness in people. The least satiating food item is croissant. Cake, donuts, chocolate, and salted peanuts are all strong contenders as well. Avoid potatoes because of how satiating they are.

I like chocolate and ON chocolate is very good. I also like milk and I love berries. Easy to get in two shakes a day for me. I like peanut butter too.

The trick to supplementation is to get your core nutrition in line. This just means getting a meal plan of some type together and working on sticking to it. It takes time to get the rhythm going so just get moving on it and keep at it. Gets easier every day.

Plan out meals three to five days a week and try to hit all five. This will get you started thinking about breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Then you add two snacks a day to that. A few carrots and a can of deenz or some "string cheese" mozarella sticks and an apple.

THEN ... you take a look at what you can supplement to your diet. Vitamins or brotein shakes for more calories + proteins.

You can start drinking the shakes now but you want to write out the meal plan so you can make sure you're not just meal replacing all the time.

well i think certain parasites can infect your brain so there's that. i actually don't know if i had a tape-worm.

sorta graphic content below:
i was drunk and dared myself to eat raw salmon just straight from the grocery store. the salmon thats displayed on ice. bad idea. i never went to the doctor though cause i was scared of the cost. so over the course of weeks i had problems with digestion and my heart. also i had all these weird red rings and line-shaped bumps on my skin. finally, i took an especially long hot shower and my hands ballooned with all these tiny circles that looked like barnacles under the skin. i still have one tiny barnacle to this day on my pinky and one on my wrist. so my hands were like pruny and really swollen and large in size with a weird pattern to it. hours after that shower, i had to try really hard to crap ~50 things that felt like pellets on the toilet. i also had red ring shaped sores on my thighs during the passing. i literally almost lost consciousness from the effort it took to crap that out. but ever since that work on the toilet, knock on wood, i'm healthy and haven't had any adverse health effects from eating that raw salmon.

Salmon and Pork are probably the only two things that actually fear me to eat under-cooked. In your case raw.
I still suggest ordering a dewormer on Amazon. I think you'll notice it makes you feel better anyways.
Anyone who eats meat regularly should be also de worming regularly.
