Depends on the quality of the pizza desu.
If i'm eating a little ceasars pizza alone, no point.
If I'm sharing a low quality pizza with others, then I'll eat the crust so fewer pieces go further in terms of satiation.
If it's good pizza, it doesn't matter either way. Crusts are well seasoned and get eaten.
