Why, yes I do enjoy mushy pasta with sauce from a tin. How could you tell?

The pasta tastes like just microwave food. I like the salad

I know op is a troll but he is also correct

if you do have go, though. get wedding soup if you've never had it. not all of them offer it but it's okay if they have it.

Boil in a bag, or "sous vide" as the hipsters call it, was a mistake.

My girlfriend's family lives Olive Garden and as a result I have gone multiple times despite the fact that I am Italian and it makes me feel a little ashamed. I cannot recall one single time when I was impressed by olive garden food. Not one. Sure, they're all tolerable, but unlike other restaurants, they have no items on their menu that I think, "Wow, that tasted really good." It all tastes like shitty jarred sauce drenched over overcooked pasta or microwave entrees. Honestly, the free salad is what I always end up filling up on.

This but with Mary’s. Fortunately I think we found a local independently owned place that’s way better.

>why yes, I do try to project faux-pretentiousness because I think others will see me as more sophisticated, because that’s totally how the sophisticated characters in my TV shows act. How could you tell?

Thoughts on Macaroni Grill?

>> No.17089964

soup, salad, breadsticks
fuck everything else. fuck every appetizer on their menu, at least a 50% chance it will come slopped out on a plate and their sauce indeed sucks. but that unlimited soup lunch is pretty chill

Olive garden sucks shit. My go-to Italian restaurant is of course Monjunis – unbeatable.

The Chicken Gnocchi constantly switches from "so disgustingly thick that you can literally shape it" to "so watery that it's basically inedible." The Zuppa Toscana is also extremely inconsistent in terms of the quantity and spread of ingredients (sausage, potato, kale, plus sometimes the kale looks like shit). The Pasta Fagioli is probably the most consistent soup, though it can get overly greasy sometimes depending on who's making it. The Minestrone also has the same problem as the Zuppa Toscana, lack of consistency in ingredients. It all depends on who's making it that day.

The salad is probably the most consistently good item that you can (usually) bank on being fresh, crisp, and tasty.

t. work at Olive Garden
