Not really I just don't eat specific things. I eat a lot of mock meats and tofu and JUST egg. It's not that hard and all of it tastes good.

A lot of "vegans" just have an eating disorder that makes them unable to eat animal products. My girlfriend is a vegan but only because she's an extremely picky eater who only eats crisps, chocolate and supermarket ready meals. She wants to eat meat because she thinks it's healthier but she can't bring herself to do it
