You can only post in this thread if you know this most succulent part of the bird. My mother first showed me chicken oysters when I was a kid and I've been hooked ever since. For me, it's just plain salt and pepper.

my dad had a weird story about going to like 5 thanksgiving dinners in a day just so he could flip the turkey over and take the oysters for himself. he said one host threw him out of their house for doing it because he "ruined the turkey".
