Babish's older videos are entertaining. But in the last year it's become obvious that the well is running dry in terms of outlandish fictional recipes he can make. He's already done all the obvious low hanging fruit. Since his gimmick is running out of steam, he's been trying to transition into a more conventional cooking channel, but this isn't nearly as entertaining.
