I usually hear drivers have stashes of extra sauces/utensils in their cars that they give to people because they don’t want to get a bad rating when the restaurant forgets. I've had it twice and the dashers have ignored my instructions both times, like didn't even attempt to to fulfill them. I was thinking maybe the instructions don't actually save when you're using the website, because when I hit the button again they're gone. But I dunno, either way doordash is a terrible company.

Stopped ordering from Doordash after they only delivered one meal instead of the two I ordered.
They refunded it extremely fast when I put it in on the app, but then I had to wait another hour to order food for myself from somewhere else.
