Soo.. I just cooked mr raguseas garlic broccoli. After enjoying it with some plain white rice I realized that I just ingested more than 10g of salt. And that’s not the only thing I ate today. Am I fucked?

Just noticed that Filipino adobo would be even crazier when it comes to the salt content. How do Asians not just explode?

The recipe only ends up being around 5g of salt from what I can see, unless you actually added another two teaspoons of salt. You won't die but you might feel a bit crappy for a while, and you'll probably be really thirsty.

Might be like with sugar where you can slowly build up a tolerance over time and don't realize how much you're actually consuming. It does cause some health problems for them though, high salt intake in that range is supposed to be associated with higher rates of stomach cancer.

Average salt intake in the Philippines is still really high at around 10g per day. They're not only eating tiny portions of that salty food. A lot of governments in Asian countries are taking hard steps to reduce the average salt intake there because they have some of the highest consumption in the world of salt and it does cause some health problems.

Probably depends on the soy sauce but with all that soy plus marmite or oyster sauce I’m at 7 to 8 per serving.

This would make you a non-faggot for the first time in your life. You won't dare anyway.
