Do you leave reviews on food? I've never done it before but I just had one of the most disgusting meals of my life from this pasta place and feel compelled to leave a one star. I feel kind of bad that I might be hurting some guys business though

It was fettuccine alfredo and the sauce was thin and watery with a bunch of shredded cheese on top that was just microwave melted on top. The top was plastic like and stuck together the middle was just plain raw noodles and then the bottom was a pool of the gross water sauce.

I think the proper order of procedures is to complain to your server or a manager as soon as you realize the food is shit. If the place is halfway decent you should be able to get a replacement or have it taken off the bill so you can order something else. If they don't do anything about it then hit them with the one star review. If you've eaten most of something before complaining about it don't expect to get taken seriously unless you've found a hair or a fly or something in your food because they will think you are just trying to scam free food.
If you sat in a restaurant seething as you choke down a whole plate of disgusting sloppa without complaining then I'd say that's on you.
