I had a bowl of spinach with 2 tbsp of caesar dressing. 4 vegetarian chicken fingers with sriracha on em. A sprite with some painkillers too. Gonna eat some beef jerky and call it a night.

I have arthritis in my left sacroiliac joint and l1 disk. It’s not fun and has taken my life from me. This isn't a picture from tonight, but I made pretty much the same soup in the 2qt dutch oven. Podravka Cream of 9 Veg soup packet, but I dump bags of frozen broccoli, cauliflower, peas and carrots into the water before the boil, then immersionblend in the last 5 minutes of the simmer. Easy way to get the veg in while still tasting rich and creamy.
