I just added some beef stock at the end of cooking some of last nights rice to make something sort of similar in process to fried rice, and it was better than fried rice. I left it kinda soupy, closer to a sauce, and I don't think I'm gonna eat regular fried rice ever again. Just thought yal should know.

the rice was cooked all the way through and dry and hard from last night, in know way was it risotto. it was less oily and more soupy fried rice.
