What's your hot sauce of choice? For me it's Valentina

>> No.17006077

I got some meme Carolina Reaper sauce for a laugh, and it's straight up unusable. The tiniest drop goes way beyond being unenjoyable and it doesn't even taste good.

What's the verdict on Marie Sharp?

>> No.17006187

I don't really know much hot sauce. I used to add a few drops of zakk wyldes/blairs death sauce to dishes, when I have a bacon egg & cheese sandwich I add sriracha, I like franks red hot on buffalo wings. I like red tobasco because it's what my dad gave me growing up and it's from Louisiana and Louisiana is cool. There's a nice sweet chilli sauce called Linghams from Malaysia or Singapore, but sweet chilli can only be used in so many dishes.

Is tobasco the king of hot sauces?

I bought this shit as a meme when hot ones was first really taking off because I wanted to see if the guests were just shills. It ended up being my favorite hot sauce ever and they stopped fucking making it.

oh this place lol
I'm not a hot sauce connoisseur or collector i just like trying a bunch of them for the different flavor combos
anyways this place is a literal mall shop, it's in many malls down in Florida here, no idea how they afford the rent unless it's some money laundering scheme like an italian restaurant.
Legit full of holiday gift shit and knick knacks, anything in the physical store on the site is a waste of time

https://heathotsauce.com/
this is my preferred site to use to compare prices or aggregate good hot sauce companies then check on amazon to compare pricing etc

I never tried this one, but hot ones los calientes is the best mexican food topper I've ever had. good on sausage brats too. Shame it's over 10 dollars a bottle.

Any suggestions for a cheap step up from Yucateco?
