Texture is similar to regular fish Sashimi probably a little tougher, but definitely tastes like chicken.

Some Japanese I met and was drinking with in Kyoto brought me to this place that specialized in chicken sashimi. It was honestly really good. It was years ago so I don't really remember what it tasted like but I remember really liking it.

ive had it, plus chicken organs raw as well.

tastes exactly like cooked chicken

as you'd imagine, weird mix of soft and chewy but with a weird crunch to it.

out of all the organs, chicken lungs are the tastiest and have a satisfying crunchy texture.
heart and liver taste like shit, never been a fan.

no but i eat undercooked chicken occasionally and the texture is pretty nice
