i know this is 4chan, but i'll try and explain.
it's about sharing the food with your loved ones. this is one of the more intimate things you can do with your family. like they say in the video, it's similar to having a giant pizza. you eat it in a socially relaxed environment, it's something children can appreciate, and adults can digest.
it's not meant to be eaten every day by a single person. you take it for the gimmick, on a special occasion. and next time, you do something else.
that burger meat looks like meat, it comes with decent condiments on the side by the looks of it.
i'd definitely buy it.

Can't help but notice you don't address my concerns about the result of cutting up this haphazard pile of nonsense.
Watching the video, it's very clear that neither the patty nor the bun is particularly coherent.
Cutting individual burgers out will probably mostly result in crumbling piles of burger parts instead of anything you could just pick up and eat like a normal burger.

Also not seeing any toppings besides cheese.
Just appalling.
