I need help. I am way too skinny and desperately need to put on some weight. Ideally the food will taste good.

Coconut milk/cream smoothies. And I don't mean the coconut milk you get that's like almond milk, I mean the proper stuff that you make curries from. Ice cream. Cheesy garlic bread.

Keep doing what you do but try to move around less. Eat the same things that you generally do but make sure to drink a large milkshake with every meal on top of that. Two beers in place of the milkshakes are fine, too.

To add to this, add your favorite cookies crushed up to the milkshake if you really want to go full fat boy or add candy like M&Ms. Just go wild with it. Remember that you have to drink one of these on top of the meals you generally eat so you're going to feel stuffed for awhile until you fat boy up. If you feel like taking a nap after a big meal, do it as often as possible because your body will burn fewer calories. Sumo wrestlers do that when they're trying to get big.

Some brown rice would be good. A bowl can put about 200 extra calories in your meal. Eating some snacks of nuts and milk throughout the day is also good. Greek Yogurt, Sour Cream, Cream Cheese, any dairy is your friend when you're trying to gain weight. Incorporate them into your diet in any way you like (Cream Cheese on a bagel, Greek Yogurt with some fruit, etc).

The number 1 cause of low appetite is sedentary lifestyle. Exercise helps a ton, even just a 30-45 minute jog or bike ride 3-4 times per week makes a huge difference. You're actually not burning that many calories but it will make you hungry. Exercise also helps your digestive system move things efficiently.

Second get used to eating more. I recommend purchasing a blender and doing smoothies. If you are lifting you can get a mass gainer that will provide like 800 calories just from 3 scoops and 16 oz water.

Or if you want to go the natural route, you can make a smoothie of milk, banana and some nut butter. That will be a calorie bomb for ya.

Overall use the smoothie technique and practice eating more, don't try to go from 0 to 60 immediately, slowly ratchet up the amount you eat per day.

Weight gain is easier to do with sugar than fat so drinking only soda or milk with added sugar is a great start
