I want to make these, but cook the hot dogs by themself in the oven for 15-20 mins or so, and then wrap them in pastry, so that way after the extra 15 mins of cooking time needed for the pastry the hot dog or sausage would be plumper and have that delicious thicker darker skin that only comes from cooking longer
