Sure, but it's worth asking why Andrew, or any other man, would paint his nails. He goes out of his way to paint them an actual color so it has nothing to do with being a metalfag (he seems like someone who would predominantly listen to pop and rap music anyway).

There's a cultural association with nail painting in Western cultures such that it is something that women almost exclusively do it. The major reason a man would paint their nails is to "challenge gender identity" or to piss off people that give a fuck about cultural norms surrounding gender. Maybe his """""wife""""" pressured him into it and now he likes it because it gets his dick sucked.

This of course doesn't preclude the possibility that he's just doing it to seek attention (which is the most likely situation of all).
