Okay, is pizza not just a fancy word for cheese toast? Is pasta not just slop for kids? I admit, I haven't toured all of Italy. But I was curious. Italian food had to be good, right, especially in Italy? Watched hour after hour of real Italians, from Italy, cook Italian food. Hours of rural Italians growing and farming and making their special food. It was all the same shit. Pasta, tomatoes, herbs, pasta, maybe some fish, pasta, toast, cheese toast, wine, more toast with cheese and pasta. Not only pure shit, but pure shit that takes a lot of time and resources to create. The idea that Italian cuisine is even considered legitimate food at all is entirely based on sunk cost fallacy cope.
