What's the best way to cook simple fried eggs? When I cook them on medium heat, they always get too "big" in the pan, to remedy this I start with high heat so the whites solidify before they crawl across the whole pan, but even when I turn the heat down right away the whites end up too rubbery

So what's the best way to have smaller width eggs?

your pan/stove probably isn't level
put some water in your pan and crack the eggs wherever the water flows to, or you can adjust the level of the burner with aluminum foil or something

or just get egg rings

Also, do you want to know what fucks up the cardiovascular system more than a high fat diet? Sugar.
High sugar blood levels will cut tears into your veins, which will heal and form scar tissue. This tissue is perfect for calcium and HDL to deposit and form blood clots. And that is if you're lucky.
If your insulin levels and production instead get so low that it simply stops existing your cells will no longer be able to absorb nutrients, and your blood cells will no longer be able to transport them. Your tissue will simply start to die and rot. If sepsis doesn't kill you, your organs will simply shut down, and you'll die in agonizing pain.
Stay away from sugar, gentlemen.
