I've got food poisoning bruhs. I was throwing up and shitting all day from 6am to 10pm. What would you recommend I eat now that's it seems to have calmed down

It's worse when you find out you can't eat certain foods or from certain places anymore because you're reminded of the nausea, at least for me. I can't eat perogies, fried fish, Popeyes chicken sandwiches, or anything from a couple local restaurants thanks to food poisoning. Also, Body Armor is your friend.

Pedialyte, saltines, maybe one of those microwavable tomato soups.

If you are actually dehydrated you should drink a sugar-saline solution. 3.5 grams of salt and 20 grams of sugar per liter of water. If you only drink water you will shit it out since you don't have the salt needed to absorb it.

Gatorade/Powerade/Propel/anything similar since you've just shit/puked out a bunch of your water and electrolytes, getting those restored should be your top priority.

For food, something bland like crackers, toast, or peanut butter sandwiches, you can also try canned soups. I had food poisoning a few months ago and it was horrible, hope you pull through it OP.

I had a stomach infection last year that lasted for a fucking month. Almost killed me.

The first thing I could keep down was a grilled cheese sandwich and a small glass of orange juice diluted with water.

If you keep shitting out everything you eat but there's no fever or other symptoms anymore consider taking something like loperamide. Sometimes the body goes crazy trying to purge even when no pathogen or poison are present.

some people evolutionarily CAN NOT smell or taste that food has gotten bad (to a certain extent). I on the other hand am extremely sensitive to it, if for example deli meat is just a few days old it smells like shit to me, but not to other members of my family. I remember when I was a kid they thought I was being picky and making it up.
