I have a ton of old airline menus from first class. I collected them from my airline brat trips because they had real art prints during the 80s and you'd need the whole set to complete the sequence.
I always know what I would order, too. They had wine pairings with each course. I had my favorite liquers too, and to this day I want my drambuie and other Pan Am after dinner drinks to finish my meal.
