custom egg (mcmuffin) it takes all of a few minutes including cleanup.
Heat a skillet or cast iron pan, heat an oven, put muffin in the oven. Halved.
Put bacon on the skillet, that'll cook quick.
Remove bacon add eggs.
Eggs cook, remove eggs.
Season and spice.
Wipe out pan under water.
Put everything on the muffins.

Fuckin easy and really less than 5 minutes, I'm sure pros could do it quicker.

I like to make carnivore breakfast sandwich with chaffles. Egg and mozzarella for the chaffles. Fried egg, bacon, cheddar for the filling.

Super good and super healthy.

3 eggs fried on the bacon fat
2 slices of whole grain Texas toast
Assemble on the toast with a little SBR. garlic and sharp cheddar.
Absolute breakfast heaven, keeps me full almost all day at work. Might post a pic tomorrow.
