Eggs are actually extremely toxic. A single egg is poisonous enough to kill a fully grown 200lb man.

no. here's what you've been told by the medical industry (synagogue of satan): heart attack comes from plaque in arteries comes from high blood cholesterol comes from foods high in cholesterol. this is false. The truth: heart attack comes from plaque in arteries which comes from lipoproteins constantly being sent to your arteries to drop cholesterol which is the precursor to all cellular growth and is necessary to repair damage caused by chronic inflammation. What causes chronic inflammation? Processed carbs, industrial oils, and added refined sugar. NOT EGGS. EGGS ARE GOOD FOR YOU.

>> No.16883186

>>16882998
>heart attack comes from plaque
the heart disease is when unstable plaque ruptures which is more likely with pattern B LDL particles which are increased by high sugar, high carb diets. dr. Krauss worked this out in the 90s but it was ignored.

Idiots. First of all, running doesn't burn off cholesterol. Running and being physically active can lower LDL but you don't just burn it off. Also food cholesterol does not determine your blood cholesterol. Animals make cholesterol and if you don't intake any your body will make up the difference. It's also been proven that people that regularly eat eggs tend to have lower cholesterol than people who don't eat eggs at all. More likely high cholesterol is related to genetics and obesity not from eating eggs

from TJ Moores book:"As measured in changing eating habits the behavior modification protocol proved a HUGE success. cholesterol intake -42%, saturated fat -28%, and total calories -21%...The trial completely failed. also of note was that study participants were targeted for aggressive smoking cessation and blood pressure lowering yet still no difference in total mortality. something has to be working against this. i would argue its the diet but opinions vary.
