Can you do this but with egg in a pan with some oil in it?

like slowly pull out the cooked egg as fresh raw egg hits the hot pan and joins the cooked egg?

hot unset beaten egg tastes like runny egg yolk. I even prefer it because you can season it, I find egg yolk bland.

I think the main problem you'd run into is the egg sheet losing integrity as it gets larger. Maybe you could use a brownie tin and pull it out sideways onto a rolling pin.

the heat of the rice cooks the egg

I hate runny egg, so I'm clearly not the target audience, but I really think there needs to be a demarcation between that kind of "soft scrambled" runny and "you could literally eat most of this with a straw" runny. That's just not cooked food.

differentiation, not demarcation. sleep is coming...

I was all for it until I saw how much was left raw at the end. Maybe that cooks from the plate or something? Cool look, but pretty undone.

That's a particularly soggy example, I think it's usually more cooked: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jm-v1iiwI7I

Dude it's an egg. Are you one of those ignorant types who thinks you have to store eggs in the fridge as well?

Why are you so afraid of Raw Egg? A raw egg in smoothie is kino. And the warm raw egg acts like a sauce. Try not to be a tastelet on my cooking board. Ty.

As long as you don't go around telling everybody you do this you're unlikely to get arrested.
