It’s run by a giant German company (same one as ALDI) and it has a lot of store branded products with a lot of effort put into the packaging (cutesy product names and branding). There’s a lot of organic stuff but it’s not all organic. It’s considered healthy but depends on what you buy; they carry a wide range, some super processed stuff and some simple clean food. The in-store signage is very twee and the staff wears like Hawaiian shorts and khaki shorts (they’re also paid better than the average grocery chain, or so I’ve heard.)
