I prefer to add the heat into the pasta through chiles or flakes. I don't need "wannabe alpha neckbeard asshole magma sauce" to make my food taste good.

I'll put sriracha on pasta sometimes, it tastes alright with cheddar added in. Not everytime, but sometimes I have the urge.

I've done this my whole life, but just with something like red hot when I was a kid. Growing up my brother and I put hot sauce on everything, chips with hot sauce was our after school snack
