Lol-tun. Mexican hot sauce, genuinely the best balance of flavor and heat o have ever had. I used to be a heat chaser but in my old age I've come to appreciate flavor, and this is the only sauce that kicks ass on both fronts. It's habanero, vinegar, carrot, and shallot

The hot sauces with the stupid names and labels are a good thing; they give you clear indication to stay away. Good hot sauce doesn't need to resort to childish bullshit about how it's going to blow your colon out your ass or whatever.

There's a local place that makes their own hot sauces, but they sell online too. I really like the fire roasted habanero myself. You can see what they have here;

Encona West Indian Extra Hot sauce is perfect. Tasty as fuck and you only need to add a little bit to your dish, making it just enough spicy. I don't see any point in using hotter sauces than that.
