I tend to avoid all sweeteners, whether artificial or "natural." Too many unanswered questions with them. The only gum I chew is pure Chios Mastixa because it's literally just collected tree sap with zero additives and it chews just like any other gum.

No, I've never been into that autistic shit. I only chew gum occasionally, mostly to prevent dry mouth while biking. Ironically, I was informed of it through a friend who was looking into mewing at the time but I only interested in a cleaner gum to use as I was trying to avoid sweeteners and also learning about all the unnecessary additives like titanium dioxide, which later became declared unsafe as a food additive, so this is how I avoid 100% of all that.

do not chew lots of sugar free gum.
You will eventually get some serious gastrointestinal distress. You will poop your pants. I don't chew it anymore.

aspartame is perfectly fine and much healthier than table sugar or salt. I add it to everything I can. It's great if you want to eat healthier because it makes healthy food taste better. I eat aspartame every day. Nothing has never happened to me.

>> No.16845213

>>16845164
Nope, it never dissolves or falls apart, it's just like you'd expect a normal gum to be, though it is a slightly tougher consistency. It does have a sort of pine-like taste that doesn't wear off, either, and that can be polarizing to some. I personally like the taste so it's fine by me.

You're supposed to suck on it for a bit until it warms up and turns soft, then it chews into gum and isn't harmful to your teeth at all. If you just pop it in and chew you'll shatter it like hard candy, which is why you don't do that.
