In midwest Subway is actually a good choice for sandwiches. I love the weird veiny melted cheese bread whatever its called. A cooked turkey n bacon with provolone plus lettuce, onion and that sriracha sauce is what I always order. I’ve eaten it a dozen times across the country and whenever I have a diet coke with it I get confined to the toilet a few hours later but its worth it.

The thing is, Subway has gotten pretty pricey over the years, so if I’m going to be spending that much on a sandwich already then I’ll probably spend a bit more to upgrade to Jimmy Johns, who are better than Subway in every other aspect except meatball subs.

When I was a teenager, I had absolute negro tier taste so I would eat at Subgay frequently. I would either get the oven roasted chicken breast doused in ranch or get the spicy italian doused in oil and vinegar or get the black forest ham doused in mustard. Every other sandwich was revolting in my onion. The sweet onion teriyaki was so fucking sweet, the meatball marinara was a sloppy mess (and was shit tier compared to other italian places), the tuna was so nasty I never ordered it once and only heard of people getting it during lent, poor fuckin kids who had to eat that. Then they got pizza and jesus christ it was so overpriced and most of their ingredients didn't go well. I had a friend who is a single mother now go figure who used to only order those god damned pizzas. I mean we had several pizza places in town that did personal pizzas and yet she had to get the subway pizza. Like what the fuck. Subway pizza. Their soups were OK but you know it's just microwaved sysco shit. Overall I don't regret eating there as a retard teenager but I would never go there today as an adult.
