yeah, it's just creme. the red doesn't contribute to the flavor.

that is to say, it's just food coloring that hasn't been paired with artificial flavoring like cherry, watermelon, etc.

imo, it's way too sweet and you can only really enjoy maybe a small 4-6 oz. glass with some ice. just enough to be a refreshing dessert.
