It was never incredibly popular in Australia. I’m the early 80s it was licensed to a UK brewery who sold as draught beer. It was only ever available in cans and bottles in Australia. In the last 5 years they released Fosters classic, which is a mid-strength beer. You can still get normal fosters but it’s hard to find.
