I worked at Jack in the Box for all four of my high school years. I regularly spat in people's food and my like-aged coworkers would just laugh. I even did it to nice customers. Worked at a music festival and the booth next to me was some pizza thing. One of the workers told me and like 8 other people that he was jerking off into the sauce. Later the police and security showed up and arrested him. Idk who told them but he laughing when they escorted him out. This is a complete myth. I've worked in the restraunt industry for several years, including fast food.I've never seen this occur in my experience. But I have heard of it happening if the boss of a fast food establishment is immature, and allows it to happen.

For a general rule, you shouldn't be rude to a fast food establishment, for this very reason, because it's usually teens working there.

I went to Wheaton North High School in the 2000’s, and some kid came in many of the bottles of ranch dressing that our cafeteria had. He did it for days. He was eventually ratted out by someone he told and other students had to get tested for infectious diseases if they ate the ranch. “I ate the ranch” basically became our school motto.
