Hey /ck/, lurker from /fit/

I need some healthy, macro balanced, snack type foods I can make in bulk and throw in the freezer and just take out whenever I need it.

And that hopefully taste good.

Wu Flu had me moving back home for a bit while I continuously wait to be let allowed in to the country I am supposed to be working in. Working online, have a home gym, but the fridge space is sparse and the food options are shit in this suburban hellhole.

I already do the meal prep shit all week of chicken and a variety of fish and veggies but really just need some snackable type of food to hit my calories for the rest of the day.

I used to be able to just walk down the streets of Shanghai and get food at one of fifty places and be good to go. Can't do that shit now.
