It's so soft that you can spread it on toast. Which is the easiest way to eat it. Sometimes I use the oil on cooled spaghetti with some spring onions and Parmesan. Nice summer dish.

best on toast as other anons have said. it's really rich and creamy and slightly fishy. It's enjoyable
