Affordable, good for high eat, virtually flavorless, doubles as sexual lubricant in a pinch (put a tarp down)

No, rapeseed oil is sold in the US as rapeseed oil or canola oil.
Grapeseed oil comes from the seeds of grapes.
As crazy coincidence would have it, the image of that bottle literally says so on the label.

They could hardly show a picture of rape, could they?

I'm not saying pies in cans are necessarily a bad idea, just kinda weird. Too bad they don't make an apple pie version.

I use organic macadamia oil.

It's about $175 per gallon, but it's worth it.

I like canola oil the best, because you can replace "My Sharona" with "My Canola" when singing along the song "My Sharona" by "The Knack" while cooking.

Clarified butter (or "ghee" if you're a hipster).

I didn't say anything like that, either. However, now I will: canned pies are invariably disgusting.

If cooking meat, generally I like to grease up with a nice fat chunk from the meat itself. Other than that, I don’t think it matters much for high heat among canola, avocado, or grapeseed (assuming high-quality product). For lower heat dishes where the oil may function more as a flavor component, single estate Spanish or California olive oil has a certain zip to it (but it can be hard to find a great one).
