i dont fucking get it, everytime she ruins her dish with one ingredient. Last time she made spaghetti and used SWEET WHITE WINE. The time before that she once again couldn't resist adding raw onions to tagiatelli pasta with curry.

Raw onions are a wonderful addition to many meals especially pasta dishes and salads.
I usually just sprinkle a bit on top like a garnish.
And adding wine in most dishes us usually just an excuse to get some sugars in there , so a sweeter wine is no big foul as long as you adjust correctly.
Sounds like op has some silly rules in his head and gets mad when people don't live by them
