It's actually several machines, linked with a conveyor belt.
Looking at it, here's the concept
>batter into sheets
>sheets run through industrial oven
>cake sheet to flipper/separator
>frosting applicator
>roller cutter
>chip applicator
So really the first four of those machines, as well as the cutter, are probably catalogue items from companies that specialize in commercial bakery equipment. The roller cutter was probably a commission job (but probably was a modification from an existing piece of equipment), the frosting applicator may could go either way, and the chip applicator looks like just a vibrating hopper.
