gonna assume its your first one, or this is a pointless thread.
its a real game changer with chicken nuggets and stuff like that. you usually have to be conservative and overcook them, but now you know exactly when they are done.

Just make sure to zero it, a friend of my family is a plumber and gave me a couple plumber's thermometers, there's a little nut on it that can be rotated for zeroing and calibration.
